A brief summary of Dulac Mining's 2017 season. The music featured is the Main Title from the 'A Million Ways To Die In The West' Motion Picture Soundtrack. Pictures and Videos are all ours except the old gold hill mining photo that you can find in almost any historical book or website on the area. Unfortunately there was a problem with the software and the video didn't publish with the same timing as it showed on my editing screen over the opening title and content that closely follows it. But it'll do!
Yukon is the up-and-coming mining jurisdiction in North America, garnering the attention of a lot of investors as well as major mining companies. The region’s Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources, Hon. Ranj Pillai, joined Kitco News on the sidelines of the Precious Metals Summit to share some of the latest developments in the region, including the Canadian government’s recent $500 million infrastructure investment in mining. ‘We’ve announced an almost half a million infrastructure spend on new roads to resources, that’s definitely been part of the buzz,’ he said. ‘We think we’re building a jurisdiction that will be the number one jurisdiction on the planet.’ Don’t forget to sign up for Kitco News’ Weekly Roundup – comes out every Friday to recap the hottest stories & videos of the week...

Freddy Dodge is a gold miner in Yukon Territory. He is 150 miles from the nearest town. And his mining season is limited to just 100 days. He doesn’t have the time or the resources to deal with equipment breakdowns. That’s why he jumped on the chance to use cleaner oil in his equipment. His marketer supplied him with Chevron ISOCLEAN Certified Lubricants. These premium lubricants are filtered to ISO cleanliness levels to remove harmful contaminants too small to see with the naked eye. Cleaner oil can minimize downtime, extend equipment life and improve profitability. Since using ISOCLEAN lubricants, Freddy has had no lubricants-related breakdowns in his three excavators, two wheel loaders, bulldozer and hydraulic-powered gold mine derocker plant.
